JOB TITLE: New Business Development Manager
BASE LOCATION: Bellshill (hybrid)
SALARY: Circa £45K Depending on skills and experience + Uncapped Commission
WORKING PATTERN: Permanent I Full-time (35 hours per week)
What You'll Do
* Generate new business opportunities across IT managed services, cloud migration, infrastructure modernisation, cyber security, and networking
* Build and maintain a strong pipeline through prospecting, referrals, and marketing campaigns
* Conduct needs analysis to align client challenges with Kick ICT's solutions
* Collaborate with solution architects and delivery teams to design tailored proposals
* Deliver presentations to prospective customers and attend industry events
* Provide accurate reporting on pipeline, forecasts, and activity levels
* Stay ahead of emerging technologies and market trends
What You'll Bring
* Proven success in new business sales within IT managed services or technical solutions
* Strong knowledge of cloud services (Azure, M365), networking, and cyber security
* Excellent relationship-building and consultative selling skills
* Ability to communicate complex technical solutions in clear business terms
* Self-motivated, ambitious, and resilient with a proactive approach
