Previous recruitment experience is not required, ideally you will be degree qualified & have 6-12 months sales experience working within a B2B environment, but not essential. We are looking for an ambitious and driven individual with a passion for sales and building relationships. The role: Search and select suitable candidates for your vacancies. Identify business development opportunities daily. Build a strong network of candidates and clients. Negotiate contracts, agreements and manage the recruitment process from start to finish on behalf of the companies we partner with.
