Our client is an up-and-coming Estate Agent in the East London area, who is currently looking at expanding their Romford office. They have a strong presence in the local area, which a team of hardworking sales negotiators and hungry property valuers has created. Therefore, they are looking for an individual who matches such a work ethic to join their team and help to continue the growth.
The successful Sales Negotiator will be offered:
1. Up to £25,000 Basic
2. Up to £35,000 OTE

Working Hours:
7. Monday to Friday | 08:30– 18:00
8. Saturday’s | Every Saturday | 09:00 – 17:00
9. Day in Lieu
Sales Negotiator requirements:
10. Strong computer skills
11. Previous track record in estate agency
12. Ability to work as a Team Player
13. Excellent Communication Skills
14. Proven Track record of Selling Homes
As a Sales Negotiator, your role will include, but not be limited to:
15. Booking and attending Viewings
16. Receiving offers
17. Negotiating offers
18. Phoning out properties
