The Role
* Own the end-to-end creation of visual content including short‑form and long‑form video editing in Premiere and graphics/asset creation in Photoshop (thumbnails, key art adaptations, social templates, promotional graphics).
* Drive a content pipeline from concept to finish: ideation, scripting, capture requests, editing and packaging.
* Act as a brand ambassador and player‑forward face for Red Rover Interactive and our games, bringing your own personal flair to your content and messaging (on‑camera/voice content where appropriate).
* Collaborate with the Publishing & Marketing Lead to coordinate and develop campaigns and content strategies that support key beats (announcements, updates, launches, partnerships).
* Work with the development teams to align on brand visuals and build reusable systems (Photoshop templates, Premiere project structures, caption styles, export presets) that improve speed and consistency.
We Are Looking For Someone Who
* Expert‑level Adobe Premiere Pro skills: strong short‑form pacing and hooks, clean audio, captions/subtitles workflows, platform‑specific exports and the ability to turn raw footage into compelling stories.
* Expert‑level Adobe Photoshop skills: strong composition and typography fundamentals, iteration and file delivery (organized layers) and confidence creating templates/variants for campaigns.
* Excellent storytelling: you can translate game moments into content people want to watch and share.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast‑paced environment, juggling multiple deliverables without dropping quality.
* Strong platform understanding across socials and what platform‑native means for each.
* Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and draw actionable insights.
In Addition We Expect You To
* Have 3+ years of experience in content management with a portfolio that demonstrates editing and visual craft.
* Have relevant games industry experience; streaming experience would be a plus.
