Salary: £23,464.35 Per Annum.
Hours: 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday. 09:00am - 17:00pm.

Responsibilities:
Administration
Working for Kingdom Local Authority Support you will be provided with knowledge of relevant legislation, including the Environmental Protection Act 1990, Anti-Social Behaviour Crime and Policing Act 2014, London Local Authorities Act 1990, and other applicable laws used by our teams at the Council and to complete the below administration task:
* Follow best-in-class administration procedures
* Deal with public appeals, extensions, and payments (phone calls and emails)
* Produce and Quality Assure prosecution files.
* Support the general team
* Use software such as Access, Halo, and Sage.
What we need from you - skill base requirements:
* Minimum 1-year customer service experience.
* Administration experience.
Professional Qualifications & Licenses (holding or working towards a distinct advantage)
* A full five-year checkable employment history including a minimum of 2 work references, a personal credit check, right of work compliance.
* Other appropriate professional qualifications.
