We’re seeking an experienced, commercially driven Procurement Manager to take ownership of procurement and supply chain operations within a globally respected SME design and manufacturing business. This is a senior, hands-on role with real influence. You’ll lead a small, high-performing team, build strong supplier partnerships, and work closely with senior leaders to deliver cost savings, supply resilience and operational excellence. What You’ll Do Lead and develop procurement, materials and stores operations Own end-to-end procurement across materials, components and services Drive cost reduction through strategic sourcing and negotiation Build and manage key supplier relationships, including international sourcing Ensure continuity of supply and optimise inventory and warehouse operations Shape and deliver procurement strategy aligned to business goals About You Proven experience in a senior procurement role within manufacturing or engineering Strong commercial and negotiation skills (CIPS desirable) A confident leader with a continuous improvement mindset Why Join Us?
