* Manage and deliver administrative processes related to post-contract services for customers.
* Provide comprehensive coordination services through regular telephone interactions with customers.
* Maintain meticulous attention to detail and demonstrate excellent time management skills.
* Collaborate closely with the Customer Service Manager to enhance service efficiency.
