Our client is an independent group known for relaxed, high-quality dining in scenic coastal spots. From the iconic Morannedd building in Criccieth to the flagship site at Menai Bridge, they focus on local produce, warm service, and thoughtful design.
They also operate a bakery, online shop, and host weddings and private events.
Now, they're looking for a Sous Chef to join the kitchen team at their exciting new site.
Supporting the Head Chef in a busy, high-volume kitchen
Training and mentoring junior chefs
Helping with menu development and specials
Maintaining high standards of food quality and hygiene
2-3 years experience in a Sous Chef or above
~ Background in fresh food kitchens, cook A la Carte in a busy restaurant or brasseries
~ Good English (IELTS 4.0+ for visa)
~ A passion for working with local, seasonal produce
Competitive pay: earn £38,700 + Bonus
