I am working with a highly reputable firm who are seeking a Legal Secretary to join their team in the City Centre office.
This is a full time and permanent position.
Key Tasks of the role include:
1. Typing and preparing correspondence, documents, and forms.
2. Opening, updating and closing matter files and recording client data.
3. Preparing bills and the financial documentation.
4. Maintaining good organisation of new and ongoing files using an electronic case management system (Tikit).
