We're looking for a Trainee Sales and Lettings Negotiator to join our team in Colwyn Bay. As part of the role you'll deliver exceptional service to our customers; estate agency experience is not essential as you'll go through a full training process but previous customer-facing roles would be desirable. A key part of the position will be customer viewings, a full UK driving license is therefore essential.
The role is a full-time position Monday - Friday (8:45am – 5:30pm) and on a rota Saturday (9:00am – 4:00pm)
What you will do:
* You will provide our customers with fantastic service by guiding them through their property journey
* You will carry out accompanied viewings and provide feedback to all relevant parties
* You will negotiate offers on behalf of our customers
* You will fully qualify applicants and help them find that perfect home
* You will be booking valuations so that we can value their home
Who are you:
* You have an excellent telephone manner
* You are a clear communicator and take pride in your work
* You have a full driving license; this is an essential part of the role
* You have enthusiasm and passion for what you do
* You have solid IT skills and use of Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word)
