We are looking for a Graduate Material Scientist to work within our industry leading research and development nuclear laboratories and/or with our teams analysing key nuclear structural components. You will be engaged in unique projects and challenges facing the nuclear industry. The work will involve the development of materials behaviour - physical, mechanical and environmental - in conditions relevant to plant applications in both fission and fusion reactors. Such understanding of material behaviour can then be applied to specific component conditions and applications, allowing a very wide range of experience and expertise to be developed in both lab and desk‐based roles. This graduate programme is accredited by the IOM3.
