We have an exciting opportunity for an Assistant Quantity Surveyor to join an award winning Developer in Nottingham. The role:Assistant Quantity Surveyor As an Assistant Quantity Surveyor, you will report to the Commercial Manager and will assist the commercial delivery of a large residential scheme comprised of 760 units. This project is set to run for 5 years. You will be site based, gaining invaluable experience whilst working closely to the construction process. Reporting to a Managing Quantity Surveyor you will as sist with cost management for projects from procurement to the completion of sub-contract final accounts. This is a key role, and the successful candidate will have worked in a similar level role for a main contractor or developer within the region.
