The Maintenance Planner and Scheduler supports the team through excellent communication to the wider business, performing core business operations and ensuring regulatory compliance on site. The role primarily focuses on planning preventive maintenance activities, scheduling work with internal customers and external contractors, performing daily contractor control, and supporting the team to maximize efficiency and impact across the site.

Key Activities:
* Managing the Maximo CMMS asset management system through data validation and collection
* Work order allocation to team members
* Providing communication between the team and the wider business
* Coordinating onsite resources
* Liaising with external contractors and managing the contractor control process from concept to completion
* Owning key accounts such as workwear and telecom providers
* Raising access passes for contractors
* Procuring goods through compliant suppliers
* Managing records to maintain regulatory compliance
* Accompanying ad-hoc contractors to worksites
* Contributing to team safety management
* Assisting in delivering site-wide and team events
* Coordinating the team as a delegate for the team leader
* Interfacing with stakeholders to schedule downtime
