Job Description

We are currently looking for a National Aftersales Contract Administrator to join our team.

We seek an Administrator with experience in a fast-paced, data-entry role, customer service, and meeting deadlines and targets.

While the national team is large with monthly meetings, you will also be part of a regional team at your depot.

The Contract Administration Team handles creation of finance contracts from truck sales, contract extensions, pay-as-you-go contracts, contract modifications due to equipment relocation, RPI price adjustments, and aims to meet monthly billing targets while minimizing query logs and block billing to ensure smooth cash flow. Full training on our SAP System and ongoing support will be provided.

You will also coordinate transport with our third-party haulier to collect trucks from customer sites, return them to the depot, and move equipment between sites and workshops. Liaising with customers for ETAs and coordinating with internal teams to ensure clear communication is essential.

Additionally, you will be responsible for creating Maintenance (Service) and LOLER (inspection) Plans to ensure timely inspections and compliance with H&S standards.
