Location: Newbury
Hours per Week: 20 hours with the opportunity to work more hours
Shift pattern: Part-time - flexible shift patterns across mornings, afternoons, evenings and weekends, which will be discussed further at interview
Salary: £13.50 per hour

The ideal Supervisor will be ready to get involved, roll up their sleeves and maximise opportunities. Working alongside the Store and Assistant Manager, the Supervisor will help manage and coach their team to deliver exemplary results, creating a positive culture and inspiring colleagues to achieve sales targets while engaging with the local community.
