Project Manager
We have a permanent, full-time position available with a competitive pay and benefits package, including a starting salary of £38,656 pro-rata per year, rising to £41,777 pro-rata per year after key competencies of the role are met.
The role of Project Manager is pivotal, as they are responsible for the successful delivery of business projects and are accountable for the coordination and effective delivery of strategic and business change projects that make up the wider change programme.
To be successful in this role, you will have 3 years of previous experience in project management, be educated to Degree level, hold a project management qualification such as Prince2 or equivalent, and possess the following skills:
* Good judgment with knowledge and experience to make the right decision
* Resilient in an environment of conflicting and complex demands
* Organized approach with great attention to detail
* Effective communication skills to provide solution-focused advice and support
* The ability to build meaningful relationships and partnerships with colleagues at all levels, based on mutual trust and accountability
* A change agent capable of successfully influencing and implementing change with exceptional colleague engagement
* A strong level of IT literacy, particularly with Microsoft Teams/Office and other related systems/databases
