Job Description
The Membership Sales Manager plays a critical role in driving the growth of the Spa & Wellness Club at Raffles London. The focus is on establishing an exclusive membership, managing member retention programs, and driving business development across all spa and wellness revenue streams. This includes developing communication channels with members, organizing membership events, and maintaining a strong connection between Raffles and its members.
Responsibilities
* Achieve membership sales targets ahead of budget.
* Ensure high membership retention through ongoing member relations and delivering a world-class experience.
* Deliver growth across all spa and wellness income streams.
* Assist in preparing the annual sales and marketing plan.
* Collaborate with the communications team to execute marketing activities.
* Generate new leads for groups, events, and corporate bookings.
* Produce accurate sales reports and analysis for the Director of Wellbeing.
* Participate in Duty Manager shifts as required.
* Perform additional duties in the absence of line managers or as assigned, including working in different departments or outlets.
