We are recruiting a Soft Services Operations Manager for a leading Trading firm based in their European Head Quarters based in the city of London.
You will be responsible forensuring optimal performance and uninterrupted facilities operations across soft services facilities operations including: Cleaning, Catering, Pest Control, Gym management, and general office services. This London headquarters is not just an office it is a world class mission-critical environment.
This office environment has diverse operational needs. You'll liaise with the parties involved in delivering top food service, facilities management, front of house and equipment suppliers to ensure all needs are met with the right solutions.
In this Soft Services Facilities Operations Management role your responsibilities will include:
1. Planning budgets and managing vendors, contractors and external suppliers to ensure quality service delivery and value for money withinsoft service operations
2. Sourcing and evaluating service providers, negotiating contracts to secure favourable terms and monitoring vendor performance against established metrics
3. Developing and implementing KPI and SLA standards for all operational areas and driving continuous improvement
4. Mentoring and leading a team (including outsourced providers) to deliver excellent service
