As a Housekeeping Supervisor, you will be responsible for:
* Staff Supervision- Manage and oversee the public area cleaning staff.
* Conduct daily briefings to assign tasks and address concerns.
* Quality Control- Inspect all public areas to ensure they meet cleanliness and hygiene standards.
* Guest Service-Respond promptly to guest complaints or requests regarding public areas, ensure public areas are always guest-ready, especially during peak hours.
* Inventory and Supplies-Monitor and manage cleaning supplies, toiletries, and equipment for public areas and coordinate with procurement for timely replenishment of stock.
* Coordination with Other Departments-Work with maintenance to address issues such as broken fixtures, lighting, or plumbing.
* Ensure compliance with safety protocols, including the safe use of cleaning chemicals.
