Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Senior Sales Representative role based in Coventry, Nuneaton & Solihull. The Senior Sales Representative will focus on generating new business and maximizing sales of Anglian’s home improvement products through in-person customer consultations, home visits, and showroom or event-based sales activity. Daily tasks include qualifying leads, conducting needs assessments, preparing tailored proposals and quotations, and following up with prospects to progress opportunities through to close. The role also involves maintaining accurate sales records in CRM systems, collaborating with installation and customer service teams to ensure a smooth customer journey, and meeting or exceeding individual and team sales targets. The Senior Sales Representative will provide expert product advice, represent the Anglian brand professionally in the local area, and contribute insights to improve sales processes and customer experience.


Qualifications

* Strong customer relationship-building skills, with the ability to understand customer needs and present solutions clearly and confidently.
* Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and managing a personal sales pipeline effectively.
* Excellent communication, negotiation, and closing skills, with the confidence to handle objections and complex customer queries.
* Comfortable working on-site in customers’ homes, at local events, and in showroom environments, with a professional and approachable manner.
* Good organizational and time-management abilities, including scheduling appointments, prioritizing leads, and maintaining accurate records.
* Basic digital and IT skills, including use of CRM systems, email, and presentations on tablets or laptops.
* Full UK driving license and ability to travel locally for customer appointments.
* Ability to work flexibly, including some evenings and weekends, in line with customer availability.
* Experience mentoring or supporting junior sales colleagues is advantageous for a senior-level role.
