Hiring an Account Manager to work in Hertford. Account Manager Pay: Salary between £25,000 - £28,000 per annum 25 days of holidays plus bank holidays Account Manager Details: Permanent, office based role Schedule: Monday to Friday Managing own caseload of management fees and ground rent arrears Taking payments by card and allocating cheque payments, including payment plan negotiation and agreement Dispute Resolution on particular cases Obtaining land registry documents – titles, leases, transfers where required Inbound / Outbound calls – owners, solicitors, clients and mortgagees Responding to email/written queries from clients, owners, solicitors and mortgagees Use of clients databases to obtain statements, demands and invoices Preparing and Serving Section 121 Notices where required Collect payments, allocate monies and keep clients informed and updated of their progress Account Manager Requirements: High attention to detail An understanding of debt recovery in both residential and commercial property would be ideal Great organisational skills and meticulous in their approach Strong communication skills both written and verbal The ability to meet tight deadlines and thrive when working under pressure Submit your CV or call Giovanna on 07369 253 647 to apply.
