Are you passionate about mental health and making a real difference in people’s lives? We’re looking for a dedicatedHealth and Wellbeing Support Co-ordinatorto help deliver impactful psychological support and wellbeing initiatives across our organisation.
What You’ll Do:
* Support individuals and groups with mental wellbeing advice
* Deliver workshops and wellbeing events across North Yorkshire
* Develop and promote education and prevention strategies
* Analyse wellbeing data to identify trends and improve services
* Raise awareness through campaigns and social media
* Collaborate with teams to create proactive wellbeing solutions
What We’re Looking For:
* Level 2 Certificate in Counselling or equivalent experience
* A full UK driving license
* Experience delivering presentations or workshops
* Strong communication, empathy, and problem-solving skills
* Excellent planning, organisation, and IT proficiency
* Understanding of mental health issues and confidentiality
* Training qualification or experience in event delivery
