About the role
As Commercial Manager, you will ensure sound management of project finances, liaise with Project Managers, demonstrate commercial awareness and legal knowledge, and negotiate with customers and subcontractors.
You will ensure that the financial status of all construction projects is accurately reported and forecasted. You will work closely with the Commercial Director to review all contracts with customers and subcontractors before signing.

About the salary and rewards
The role offers:
* An excellent salary of circa £65,000 to £85,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus travel expenses to and from sites.
* 30 days holiday leave, including Bank Holidays.
