The successful candidate will play a key role in securing new work across a diverse portfolio of projects including commercial, residential, industrial, and public sector schemes. Key Responsibilities
1. Lead the preparation of accurate cost estimates and tender submissions.
2. Review and analyse project drawings, specifications, and client requirements.
3. Engage with subcontractors and suppliers to obtain competitive quotations.
4. Assess risk factors and develop cost-effective solutions.
5. Work closely with directors and senior managers to develop winning bid strategies.
