Salary: Up to £28,500
Working Hours: Monday to Thursday 7-4, and finish at 12 on Friday

Summary:
Join the team as a Team Leader and play a pivotal role in supporting the Test Engineer with various projects passing through the Test laboratory. From new product introductions to field support for current products, you'll be at the heart of ensuring the quality and performance of the company's offerings. As a Team Leader, you will take on key responsibilities in testing, fault finding, and process improvements.
Team Leader Duties and Responsibilities:
* Conduct various tests, including final product testing
* Perform basic fault finding and troubleshooting
* Assist in improving testing processes and procedures
* Lead and manage a team
Required Skills & Experience:
* Manufacturing experience is essential
* Previous team leading experience
* Test experience is advantageous
* Ability to liaise effectively with different departments
