Varian’s Digital Oncology business is redefining how cancer care is delivered — connecting clinicians, workflows, and insights through intelligent software that supports the full radiation oncology pathway. As we continue to expand our Managed Services portfolio, we are looking for a Senior Global Product Marketing Manager to take global ownership of product marketing for FullScale, our rapidly growing Managed Services offering.
This is a high‑impact, highly visible role that blends strategic thinking, creative storytelling, and cross‑functional leadership. You will shape how the world understands Managed Services in oncology — and help accelerate adoption of solutions that make care teams more effective and patients’ journeys more seamless.
This role sits within the Digital Oncology Product Marketing team and partners closely with Product Management, Commercial Teams, Regional Marketing, Strategy, and Customer Success. The main focus is to define the positioning, drive the go‑to‑market strategy, accelerate recurring revenue growth, and scale the adoption of our FullScale Managed Services portfolio, which offers flexible cloud and on‑premise solutions for Varian software applications.
What You’ll Lead
Own the Global Story
Craft and champion the global positioning for Managed Services — defining the clinical, operational, and financial value that FullScale brings to enterprise‑level cancer centers. You’ll develop differentiated narratives, ROI frameworks, and messaging that resonate from the C‑suite to clinical operations.
Drive Global Go‑to‑Market Strategy
Lead global Go‑to‑Market (GTM) strategy across segmentation, target account strategy, packaging, and cross‑portfolio integration. You’ll empower regional marketing teams with activation plans and toolkits that drive clarity, consistency, and impact.
Build Compelling Commercial Tools
Partner closely with Commercial, Product, and Customer Success teams to build high‑impact sales enablement — executive‑ready value decks, proof points, objection handling, competitive insights, and real‑world success stories.
Amplify Customer Evidence & Advocacy
Establish a global reference strategy, securing testimonials, case studies, and customer champions. Lead evidence‑based storytelling through conference participation at events like ASTRO and ESTRO, supporting thought leadership and market visibility.
Be the Commercial Voice in Product Roadmap
Serve as the connective tissue between Product, Strategy, and Field teams — ensuring the Managed Services roadmap reflects real‑world opportunity, customer reality, and market signals.
What You Bring To Us
* 6–10 years in Product Marketing, Strategic Marketing, or Commercial Strategy
* Experience with SaaS, enterprise software, or managed services business models
* Strong business acumen, especially with subscription economics and pricing
* Proven success influencing and leading cross‑functional teams
* Excellent executive‑level communication and storytelling abilities
* Experience in Healthcare IT, clinical workflows, or oncology (preferred but not required)
* A passion for transforming healthcare through digital innovation
* Willingness to roll up your sleeves and do whatever is necessary; general manager / owner mentality and an entrepreneurial drive; demonstrated ability to have fun and inspire team members to enjoy work, be action‑oriented and stretch their imagination.
