We have an exciting opportunity for a Shift Manager to join our team within Vistry Works at our flagship factory in Coalville, Leicestershire.
As a Production Shift Manager, you will report directly to the Head of Manufacturing and the Head of I-Joist and Trusses and be responsible for the management of the whole production team on that shift. This consisting of two shift supervisors, several working supervisors and 100+ factory operatives within a timber engineering manufacturing facility. You will work across all automated and manual production lines, maintaining the highest level of safety, environmental and product quality standards.
This is a new role for our current facility, setting up an entirely new team for an afternoon shift. The intended shift will be 14:00 - 22:30 Monday - Thursday and 14:00 - 20:00 on a Friday.
