We’re growing our Maidstone team and opening up an entry level opportunity in face to face marketing for someone who wants real world experience, not just theory.
You’ll be out in busy venues, events and campaign spaces across the UK speaking to customers, representing brands and learning how to hold strong conversations in high energy environments. No two days look exactly the same and you won’t be staring at a screen wondering where the day went.
This is hands on from day one. You’ll learn by doing, supported by daily training, team workshops and real time feedback.
Through structured training alongside live campaign experience you’ll develop communication skills, resilience and the ability to guide conversations from introduction through to outcome in a natural and professional way. You’ll be engaging customers face to face at events and campaign venues, representing brands clearly and professionally and working towards individual and team performance targets. There will also be opportunities to travel to different UK locations for campaigns and team events.
