The school is seeking a Teaching Assistant with strong behaviour management skills to support students who may present with challenging behaviours due to SEMH or SEND needs. This is a rewarding opportunity to help learners develop confidence, emotional regulation, and focus, in a nurturing and structured school environment—with a clear pathway to a permanent role for the right person.
