Set within 50 acres of stunning landscaped Wiltshire countryside we are on an exciting journey to establish ourselves as one of the region's most desirable venues for weddings, conferences, and special events.

The Role

We are seeking a dynamic and passionate Weddings & Events Coordinator to drive the success of our weddings and expand our conference and events offering. This is a hands-on role, perfect for someone who thrives on building relationships, delivering exceptional experiences, and developing a venue's reputation from the ground up.

Alongside delivering unforgettable weddings, you'll have the chance to grow our presence in the corporate and private events market, helping to establish Hartham Park as a premier destination for all occasions.

Key Responsibilities

* Lead the planning, coordination, and delivery of weddings, private celebrations, and corporate events.
* Act as a point of contact for clients, building strong, trust-based relationships.
* Support & host venue show rounds, create proposals inline with our existing wide ranging selection of packages, and convert enquiries into confirmed bookings.
* Maintain & update event packages and offerings to appeal to both the wedding and business events markets.
* Collaborate alongside senior managers to train, and inspire seasonal and event staff, ensuring excellent service at every touchpoint.
* Ability to create a strong calendar of unique events to contribute to the strategic growth of the estate.

About You

* Previous experience in wedding and/or event management is essential to be considered, ideally in a high standard service oriented hotel, venue or hospitality setting.
* A natural host, with excellent communication and client care skills.
* Organised, detail-focused, and confident juggling multiple events and priorities.
* Creative and adaptable with a patience of understanding to help shape a new and developing venue.

* Non negotiable availability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends in line with the weddings & events schedule. The role will comprise of an average of 45 hours per week.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: £32,000.00-£35,000.00 per year
