Your new roleThis is a pivotal position at the heart of the organisation, supporting senior leadership while ensuring the smooth running of business operations.Your responsibilities will include:
1. Providingprehensive EA support, includingplex diary and inbox management
2. Preparing and coordinating meetings, agendas, reports and briefings
3. Acting as a central point of contact for senior stakeholders
4. Supportingernance processes, including leadership meetings and action tracking
5. Overseeing business support activities to ensure efficient service delivery
6. Managing and improving administrative processes and systems
7. Supporting strategic projects, tracking progress and coordinating outputsWhat you'll need to succeed
You will be a highly organised and proactive professional, confident working in a fast-paced, senior-facing environment.To be successful, you will have:
8. Proven experience as an Executive Assistant, Senior PA or Business Support Manager
9. Experience supporting senior leaders at Director level or above
10. Excellent organisational and time management skills
11. Strongmunication and stakeholder management ability
12. High levels of discretion and professionalism
13. Advanced IT skills, including MS Office
Desirable:
14. Experience within a public sector orplex organisational environment
15. Exposure toernance or leadership support functions
16. Experience supporting projects or business operations
