Job Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and talented Quantity Surveyor to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the financial and contractual aspects of our fit-out projects from tender to final account. Fit-out projects move quickly, so we are looking for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and can balance accuracy with efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
• Prepare cost estimates, tenders, and detailed bills of quantities for fit-out works
• Manage and monitor project costs, budgets, and cash flow
• Evaluate subcontractor quotations and support procurement
• Assess variations, prepare valuations, and submit progress claims
• Conduct site visits to track progress and verify works
• Prepare and agree final accounts with clients and subcontractors
• Ensure compliance with contract terms and company procedures
• Work closely with project managers, designers, and site teams to deliver successful outcomes
Qualifications & Skills Required:
• Experience in construction fit-out, interiors, or refurbishment projects preferred
• Strong understanding of fit-out materials and trades.
• Excellent numerical and analytical skills
• Proficient with cost estimation tools and MS Office
• Strong communication, commercial awareness, and negotiation skills
