Candidate requirements
* Proven experience in oil and gas boiler servicing, breakdowns, and repairs
* Installation experience (preferred but not essential)
* General plumbing skills
* Valid Gas Safe registration
* Full UK driving licence
* Relevant industry qualifications
* Good communication and customer service skills
* Able to work independently and as part of a team
Tasks and Duties
* Service, repair and maintain oil and gas heating systems in line with Gas Safety regulations and manufacturer guidelines
* Diagnose faults and carry out effective repairs, leaving systems in good working order
* Carry out general plumbing and basic multi-trade tasks
* Identify risks and ensure appropriate risk assessments and safety plans are followed
* Use company-provided tablet/technology to complete job reports and updates
* Communicate with customers and internal teams regarding job progress and updates
* Maintain a clean, tidy, and brand-compliant van and appearance
* Participate in out-of-hours rota (when required)
