Salary: £76,034 to £84,208 per annum (London weighted) or £66,380 to £74,105 per annum (Regional), dependant on experience
Grade: 12

Role context and team
Join our Housing Specialisms Team at L&Q. We are launching a three-year ASB plan and are growing the team to include more ASB managers, case workers, safeguarding specialists, mental health advisors and fraud investigators. You will lead on anti-social behaviour initiatives and support residents with complex needs alongside a team that includes 4 ASB managers, a fraud manager, a mental health lead and 2 resident support managers.
Responsibilities (Your impact in the role)
* Lead on hate crime initiatives across L&Q estates
* Lead on the delivery of the 3-year ASB strategy and DAHA accreditation
* Ensure Housing Specialisms KPI performance is strong and drives continuous improvement through strategic and operational objectives
* Lead strategic relationships with Local Authorities, RSL peers and other key external stakeholders
What you’ll bring
* Recognised qualification in ASB, domestic abuse or mental health/social care
* Extensive experience of delivering resident-focused initiatives that sustain tenancies and yield lasting results
* Strong communication skills, including writing Board reports and presenting analytical information
* Experience leading a complex portfolio of housing-related services with knowledge of housing legislation and customer service best practice
* Ability to manage teams handling multiple complex situations concurrently
