The 'Senior Project Manager's' role
The Senior Project Manager will take responsibility for leading multiple projects and managing client relationships across major healthcare developments.
Responsibilities include:
* Leading projects through all stages of delivery
* Managing project teams and mentoring junior staff
* Acting as the primary client contact
* Managing project governance, risk, and reporting
* Leading procurement strategies and contract administration
* Ensuring delivery against programme, cost, and quality objectives
The Senior Project Manager will also contribute to business development and support the continued growth of the regional team.
The 'Senior Project Manager'
The consultancy is seeking a confident Senior Project Manager with strong consultancy experience and leadership capability.
Requirements include:
* MRICS, MAPM or equivalent professional qualification
* Significant experience as a Senior Project Manager within a construction consultancy
* Experience delivering healthcare or large public sector projects
* Strong leadership and client management skills
* Excellent commercial and project delivery knowledge
