Job Title: Regional Manager – FM Cleaning Multi-Site
Salary: Up to £37,000 DOE + company car, laptop, and smartphone
Location: To cover North East, West Yorkshire & part of Scotland
Our client is a leading multi service provider in the UK Facilities Sector who continue to achieve outstanding growth.
As a result, they are now looking to recruit a new position of Regional Cleaning Manager. The role will cover several multi-site locations including Leeds, Teesside & part of Scotland
Ideal candidates will live in the Teesside area
Key responsibilities will include: -
* Responsible for the effective management of Site Managers & the Cleaning Team
* Create and develop effective long-term relationships with clients, through regular contact
* To lead, motivate and develop people identifying individual needs, setting objectives, and evaluating performance for all the team
* To ensure all HR policies, procedures and guidance are followed.
* To facilitate the required equipment, consumables, and chemicals orders
* Regularly audit and review the client contract
* To ensure Health and Safety policies are adhered to
* Manage financial performance on materials, equipment, and labour
* Lead the team with inspiration, enthusiasm and by example
Candidate’s background & experience: -
* Proven experience in managing large multi-site cleaning teams
* Is 'customer focussed’, IT Literate, and a confident user of Excel, Word, and Email.
* A multi-site management background, within cleaning in a Retail / Hospitality / Leisure/ fast paced environment
* Able to successfully manage several priorities
