Accounts Assistant £(Apply online only) Part time - Permanent 30 hours Randstad are currently working in collaboration with a successful SME business in Luton. This busy, successful and expanding international business are seeking an accounts focused, organised and autonomous Accounts Assistant to join their team on a permanent basis to support the smooth running of a busy department. Key responsibilities of the Accounts Assistant includes: Processing of all purchase invoices on Xero Reconcile invoices against purchase orders and resolve queries with relevant buyer/supplier Weekly bank payment run and ad-hoc payments Supplier / client reconciliations Bank reconciliation covering all postings Assist with credit control Assist with stock records Maintenance of supplier and customer accounts on Xero (credit terms/credit insurance) Assist with reconciliation of invoice discounting account with bank EU VAT return processing - work with Management Accountant on returns Sales invoicing Any other duties as required Key skills Excellent oral and written communication skills Ability to work as part of a team Excellent analytical and numerical skills Accuracy and an eye for detail Excellent interpersonal skills - able to communicate at all levels with both financial and non-financial management Strong commercial acumen Excel - Intermediate Experience of working in a high performing finance team Xero experienceThis is...
