3. Coordinate and participate in recruitment activities such as open days, school visits, exhibitions, and taster sessions.
4. Support the full admissions process, including interviews, tutor meetings, and ongoing communication with applicants and their families.
5. Liaise with internal teams (e.g., Safeguarding, Finance, ALS) to ensure tailored support for applicants with additional needs.

Information, Advice & Guidance (IAG)

6. Provide impartial, high-quality advice to help students choose the right courses based on their skills, aspirations, and achievements.
7. Stay up to date with the latest in funding, career pathways, and college support options to ensure accurate guidance.
8. Collaborate with the careers team and other support services to deliver holistic, student-centred support.

Bursary & Transport Administration

9. Accurately assess bursary and transport applications, ensuring students receive the support they need.
10. Help manage appeals and complaints efficiently and professionally.
11. Maintain knowledge of relevant funding regulations and eligibility criteria.

Data, Enrolment & Process Improvement

12. Process enrolments and analyse application data to help maximise student numbers.
13. Provide administrative support to curriculum and support teams during enrolment periods.
14. Contribute to improvements in systems and processes to enhance the student experience and support IEG's strategic goals.

Who We’re Looking For:

Essential Requirements:

15. Strong administrative and customer service experience
16. Excellent interpersonal, communication, and IT skills
17. Ability to provide empathetic, non-judgmental advice and guidance
18. A proactive, team-oriented attitude with the ability to work independently
19. Commitment to safeguarding, equality, and continuous professional development
20. Minimum Level 2 qualifications in English and Maths
21. Willingness to work towards a Level 3 IAG/Administration qualification if not already held

Desirable:
