Change Lead – Finance/Technology – Birmingham/Flexible


£60 – £65k per annum plus excellent benefits & bonus – 2 days a week expected on-site near Birmingham, the rest from home.


We are currently recruiting for an experienced and strategic Change Lead to drive enterprise-wide transformation within a large, complex organisation undergoing significant technological and operational change. This is a pivotal role responsible for delivering change across multiple high-impact programmes, ensuring successful adoption of new systems and processes. Acting as the subject matter expert for change, you will embed best-in-class methodologies and build strong stakeholder engagement through a period of meaningful transformation.


Experience managing change in complex and corporate environments, preferably within finance and Technology teams, would be ideal for this role. We are also looking for candidates for change management certifications such as Prosci or ADKAR.


Key Responsibilities:

* Lead and own the end-to-end change management approach across large-scale transformation programmes.
* Develop and embed enterprise-wide change frameworks and methodologies (e.g. Prosci, ADKAR).
* Act as a trusted advisor to senior stakeholders, driving alignment and buy-in to the change agenda.
* Deliver change readiness assessments and implement structured action plans across stakeholder groups.
* Champion the adoption of new technologies, processes, and ways of working with minimal business disruption.
* Build and lead a network of change and engagement champions to support transformation delivery.
* Establish strong governance, ensuring effective risk management and mitigation strategies.
* Provide regular updates on progress, risks, and opportunities to senior leadership.
* Foster a high-performance, collaborative culture within delivery teams.
* Embed organisational values and cultural priorities into all change initiatives.
* Drive employee engagement and ensure readiness for both cultural and operational transformation.


Key Skills required:

* Proven experience leading enterprise-wide change initiatives in complex, fast-paced environments.
* Strong expertise in change management frameworks and methodologies (e.g. Prosci, ADKAR, Agile).
* Demonstrated ability to influence and engage senior stakeholders across all levels.
* Excellent communication skills, with the ability to convey complex ideas clearly and persuasively.
* Strategic mindset with the ability to align change initiatives to broader business goals.
* Strong organisational and programme management capabilities, managing multiple priorities effectively.
* High emotional intelligence with a focus on driving positive cultural change.
* Solid understanding of risk management and governance within transformation programmes.
* Resilient, adaptable, and results-driven, with a passion for continuous improvement and innovation.


Salary:

Salary on offer for this role is up to £65k/ annum, including excellent benefits and hybrid working opportunities.
