What You’ll Do Teach and assess learners across Agriculture programmes at a range of levels Deliver engaging practical, workshop, and classroom-based lessons Prepare students for employment, apprenticeships, and further study in the agricultural sector Support learners to develop practical skills, technical knowledge, and professional behaviours Maintain safe, well-equipped learning environments in line with industry and health & safety standards Contribute to course development and continuous improvement within the department What You’ll Bring A Level 3 qualification (or higher) in Agriculture, Land-Based Studies, or a related discipline Strong hands-on experience within the agricultural industry Broad knowledge of modern agricultural practices, machinery, livestock, crops, or farm management Understanding of current industry standards, sustainability, and health & safety requirements A passion for developing others and sharing practical knowledge (Teaching or assessor qualifications are welcome — but not essential.
