As a Patient Access Officer, you will be the first point of contact for patients and visitors, providing a warm and professional welcome at reception. Your role will involve delivering a high standard of customer care while managing a busy front desk, handling patient check‑ins, and assisting with enquiries. In addition, you will provide a comprehensive range of administrative services to support consultants and third parties, ensuring the smooth coordination of the patient journey. This is a front‑facing role that requires excellent communication skills and the ability to manage a high volume of activity while maintaining a 5‑star, world‑class service.

What You’ll Do
* Work closely with the Patient Experience Manager and the Clinical Services Manager to ensure 5* excellence across the facility.
* Form part of the Front of House team, being the first point of contact for patients, consultants, and visitors.
* Deal with enquiries in person, via telephone, and email.
* Carry out a variety of administrative tasks.
