About the Role:
Morson Talent is recruiting for multiple Case Handlers to join a busy remediation unit within a large organisation. This is a non-telephony role, focused on case review, analysis, and accurate data handling. You'll be part of a team of 10-12, reporting to a supportive Team Leader, with full training provided.
Key Responsibilities:
* Reviewing remediation applications in line with set processes.
* Conducting data input and system updates with accuracy and attention to detail.
* Carrying out ID verification, bankruptcy checks, and sanctions checks.
* Following structured workflows, ensuring every step is completed correctly.
* Identifying whether flagged shortfalls are relevant to inquiries using set codes.
* Working case by case (approx. 45 mins - 1 hour per case), ensuring both quality and volume KPI's are met.
About You:
* Strong analytical skills with a methodical approach.
* Customer-focused and process-driven, with excellent attention to detail.
* Comfortable working in a target/KPI-driven environment.
* Able to manage a busy workload and maintain accuracy under pressure.
* Previous case handling or remediation experience desirable, but not essential as full training is provided.
