Main duties of the job

As a Registered Nurse at Akari Care, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest levels of clinical and medical care for residents. Job responsibilities

Package Description:

* Offering up to £1500 welcome bonus (subject to T&Cs) for all nurses joining the team.
* Playing a direct, hands-on role in delivering high-quality clinical and medical care.

About you

* You are a registered nurse with an active PIN and no restrictions.
* You have a caring nature and a personal approach.
* You can lead by example, motivate a team, and delegate effectively.
* You possess coaching-style leadership to empower colleagues.
* You have good communication and relationship-building skills.
* You are flexible and adaptable to change.
* You are warm, approachable, and engaging.
* You respect others and treat everyone as you wish to be treated.
