As a 1:1 Teaching Assistant, you will work closely with the class teacher and wider school staff to support a pupil's academic, social, and emotional development. You will provide tailored support to help the pupil engage with learning, develop independence, and feel supported throughout the school day. - Provide one-to-one support to a pupil during lessons and activities.
