6 months contract with a local authority Job Purpose The Leasehold Management Assistant will be responsible for demonstrating general knowledge of leasehold, understanding lease extensions, Section 20 notification process, and proficiently dealing with remortgaging and leasehold management packs. Additionally, the role requires a general understanding or previous experience of Right to Buy (RTB).
