You’ll work with professionalleads in these areas to identify and maximise commercial opportunities. This is likelyto include a varied approach that includes: income generation; grant funding; andstrategic and service partnerships – that will all contribute to enhancing our financialperformance and capacity. You’ll encourage and support a more entrepreneurial culturein service planning, evaluating commercial opportunities while ensuring that risk iscarefully managed.
We expect that you will already have a track record of working within a portfolio ofcommercial services, to enhance revenue growth and operational efficiencies, and thatyou can negotiate and influence in public and private sector settings. You should beexperienced in procuring and managing high value contracts, and you should have aninformed appreciation of the complexities of delivering commercial returns within apolitical environment.
