About the role
5. Full sales role owning and growing Reveal’s footprint in the UK security sector.
6. Drive new business by targeting private security firms and contract service providers through strategic prospecting, relationship building, and market engagement.
7. Manage and expand existing accounts, ensuring renewals, adoption, and multi-site rollouts across complex client portfolios.
8. Build long-term partnerships with senior stakeholders, acting as a trusted advisor on compliance, safety, and operational technology.
9. Report on market trends, customer insights, and competitor activity to inform strategic planning and product development.
About you
10. 3+ years’ experience in a sales role (business development + account management) within a complex, consultative sales environment.
11. Proven track record of achieving or exceeding targets in physical security or safety-related sectors.
12. Strong stakeholder management and solution-selling skills, with the ability to navigate complex procurement frameworks.
13. Entrepreneurial, self-starting mindset with a blend of hunter mentality and relationship focus.
14. Strong relationship builder with credibility among senior stakeholders in operations, safety, and compliance.
15. Experience with Salesforce CRM and knowledge of the security or compliance sector.
Package
16. Up to £50, base + uncapped commission + accelerators
17. HYBRID - 1-2 days p/w in South London office (occasional travel to visit clients)
