Customer Services Representative
to join our growing team in Richmond.

About the Role

As a Customer Services Representative, you'll be the first point of contact for our valued clients, ensuring they receive seamless, first-class support. From managing client accounts and documentation, to handling enquiries and supporting the wider team, your role will be central to creating trust, building relationships, and delivering a premium service at every touchpoint.

What You'll Be Doing

* Preparing and assembling client packs, certificates, and documentation accurately and on time.
* Monitoring stock levels and ensuring supplies are available and well maintained.
* Handling incoming and outgoing emails and phone calls, providing friendly and professional client support.
* Booking clients into the diary, including scheduling follow-ups for complaints or special requests.
* Assisting with client complaints by recording details, supporting resolution, and escalating when required.
* Ordering and managing client gifts, ensuring timely delivery.
* Supporting internal team requests and ad-hoc administrative tasks.
* Helping keep daily operations running smoothly, ensuring every client has a positive experience.

* A friendly, clear communicator — confident on the phone, via email, and in person.
* Detail-oriented with pride in delivering accurate, high-quality work.
* A flexible "can-do" attitude, happy to support both clients and internal teams.
* Previous experience in a client-facing or customer services role (luxury goods, finance, or high-value services experience is a bonus).
