Role- Graduate Controls Engineer Salary- £27,000- £30,000 per annum (dependent on experience, please advise) Type- Permanent Location- Near Glasgow My client work within engineering and manufacturing and they are looking to take on a Graduate Controls Engineer to develop as part of their team. The Graduate Electrical Engineer / Graduate Controls Engineer role will ideally have the following attributes: Apprenticeship / HNC/ HND / BTEC / City & Guilds / Degree qualification or similar in Electrical and Electronics Engineering Have knowledge or experience of working with PLC systems ideally or an interest in working with them – Siemens, Allen Bradley or similar Any CAD skills would be beneficial for electrical design Be able to work well individually as well as part of a team Have excellent communication skills both verbal and writtenThe Graduate Electrical Engineer / Graduate Controls Engineer role will involve: Working within the existing engineering technical team Working with other Electrical Engineers Working on PLC’s and a range of projects Developing HMI software for projects Helping to write operation manuals Always looking at identifying areas for improvements Some travel to customer sites will be involved too If you are interested in this position, please apply with an up to date CV as soon as possible, along with your availability and your salary expectation
