Exciting opportunity to work In House / Client Direct Company in Richmond. My client is looking for a Mechanical Maintenance Engineer to be based in an iconic & beautiful heritage site in the Borough of Richmond. The successful candidates will be mechanically biased (C&G / NVQ) with a proven track record in commercial building maintenance. Working with the maintenance team on site, he or she will have experience carrying out mechanical, plumbing, HVAC & fabric duties. In return the company are offering a competitive salary up to £45,750, further training and career progression.

Manage and carry out planned and reactive maintenance to mechanical & electrical plant and equipment
Heating systems and controls
Ventilation systems and controls
Air-conditioning systems and controls
Comfort cooling systems
Refrigeration systems
Environmental computer-controlled systems (BMS)
Water softening plant
LTHW plant
RO plant
Air heaters
Pumping systems
Hours of work
Monday to Friday - Week 1 08:00 - 16:00, Week 2 09:00 - 17:00. Week 3 10:00 - 18:00
1 in 3 weekend cover (2 days off in the week that week)
36 hour week

Up to £45,751
30 days + bank holidays
8% non contributory pension, 10% if the employer puts up 2%

Requirements
Mechanically qualified Level 2 / 3 / HNC / HND
You must be able to provide copies of your trade certificates (Essential)
A proven track record in commercial building maintenance
Excellent customer skills
